Special Note:
Need to
apply in writing to avail above facilities,
1. Reservation will be confirmed only after total payment in advance along with 25 % amount as security deposit. The security amount is refundable only after assessing the extent of damages. An undertaking is required about the payment if damages are more the security amount.
2. Rules about the campus must be observed strictly and therefore an undertaking is required for head of the institution in this regards,
3. Main gate will be open from 0630 a.m. to 10.30 p.m.
